In the spring of 2020, I found myself saying that over and over. What happened to my life wasn’t supposed to happen, yet it did. My 43-year-old husband had been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia and was moved into an assisted living facility, leaving me alone to raise our 11-year-old son. My whole world turned upside down, and it would have been so easy to just sit down and cry.
