Organizations and programs other than ASOA may submit an application to have their course/program approved for ASOA Category A COE credits by the National Board for the Certification of Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE). These programs must be ophthalmic specific management courses/programs or technical and medical courses. Courses related to clinical patient care taught by industry device manufacturers or pharmaceutical companies are NOT eligible for COE credit.
Pricing: The cost of accreditation is $50 for the first credit hour offered, and $25 for each additional credit hour. There are no maximum hours or fees. ASOA will contact you for payment information after the application is submitted.
