Staying Anchored With a Mental Health Routine

As humans, we find comfort in stability, clinging to it like a life preserver when we are overwhelmed by outside forces. For many of us, this stability comes from our daily routines. Naturally, we found ourselves struggling to stay afloat when the COVID-19 pandemic upended our lives. Fear of the unknown, coupled with a loss of stability, began to take a toll on the public’s mental health—and I was no exception.
