Change is a constant in today’s ophthalmic environment. Whether driven by technological and medical advancements, shifting patient demand, regulatory changes, or organizational restructuring, companies must adapt to survive and thrive. Change introduces uncertainty, disrupts established routines, and requires individuals to develop new skills or approaches. Change management involves more than just planning and executing the mechanics of change.
