Let’s start with the obvious. Practice management is tough. Most of us simply tackle the difficult things without pause, but unfortunately often also without acknowledging the goodness - that is achieved daily. So I will  start by saying you are doing a great job and reminding you how important your role is to your patients, your staff, and your practice.
