For many of us, 2020 required that we look at our current roles from a different perspective—a remote one. With many shutdowns and the need for flexibility due to the pandemic, I had to completely change my office role so I could meet both the needs of my family and the needs of the practice. Could I successfully manage a clinic from home? Not exactly. Could I continue to contribute to the success of the practice? Absolutely, and here’s how.
