Practices across the country continue to be challenged by under-staffing, high turnover rates, and demands for higher staff salaries. The genesis of rising wages is multifactorial. Successfully retaining staff requires—for the first time in many years—the ongoing, frequent re-evaluation and subsequent adjustment of salary ranges.
