On December 1, 2020, CMS released the final rule (https://www.cms.gov/files/document/12120-pfs-final-rule.pdf ), effective January 1, 2021, for the 2021 Medicare Physician Payment Schedule (PFS) and Quality Payment Program (QPP), which included updates to telehealth provisions.
