What is feedback, and how do we measure if it is effective? First, let’s define feedback. The Merriam-Webster dictionary notes it has at least two different definitions.1 The first is “the transmission of evaluation or corrective information about an action, event or process to the original or controlling source.” I usually associate this type of feedback with corrective action.
