When thinking about how to ensure a successful practice, there are a lot of factors at play. Success can be defined in terms of financial success, the number of procedures performed, and patient satisfaction and outcomes. But success can also be defined by other factors, many happening behind the scenes. For example, employee happiness and relationships between those working in the practice contribute to practice success and create an environment where people want to work. Personal ethics also play a role in relationships with coworkers and interactions with patients, particularly in challenging situations.
