A recent member needs assessment survey conducted for ASOA by McKinley Advisors, found that “Additional leadership and management training is … an ongoing necessity.” Providing resources to facilitate this leadership development is at the core of ASOA’s mission; it is one reason ASOA’s 2021–2022 “Growing as a Mid-Level Management (MLM)1 Certificate Program” was conceived, developed, and launched.
