Bio: Ann Rose is a reimbursement and compliance specialist who has been associated with the health care industry for over 40 years. Ann was Principal and Senior Consultant of Rose & Associates - A Division of BSM Consulting. Rose & Associates specialized in Medicare coding, billing, documentation, and training for physician practices with medical record auditing being their primary focus. Ann is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators, the Medical Group Management Association and the American Academy of Professional Coders. She serves on the editorial board of the reimbursement section of Ocular Surgery News and is also a contributing editor to Administrative EyeCare, published by ASOA. Ann is also editor and publisher of The Messenger; a newsletter devoted specifically for the specialty of ophthalmology.
