It has been quite a transition year for me: COVID-19, staffing shortages while trying to accommodate patients, saying goodbye to ophthalmology icons and mentors Nancey McCann and Bruce Maller at their own transitions into retirement. And saying a bittersweet goodbye to our retiring CEO, David Korzak, as I transitioned from Administrator to CEO of Atwal Eye Care.
