Jellyfish wander the ocean, mostly going where the current takes them. It might be a pretty good life but is dependent on external forces. Like jellyfish, some of us have license to follow our intuition and go where that leads us. But most of us have roles that require the giving and passing of many batons. We coordinate with others, and timing is important. Our credibility and success are affected by how well we make, track, and deliver on our agreements.
