Let’s tackle roadblocks at physician charge entry. Having clean charges means your billing staff submits claims that are paid correctly—and results in a healthy bottom line. The first step to having clean charges is to analyze technician training. Tech training focuses on patient care: documenting an accurate history and required testing in an empathetic manner. How does that have anything to do with charge entry? The short answer: everything.
