Katie briskly walks through the office toward her cubicle. As she prepares for the day, she sees her colleagues are missing. Confused, she looks around and realizes her co-workers are in a meeting called by the supervisor. This is the third time she was excluded from her department meeting. At the corner of her desk, she notices an additional assignment to review files, but the message is written with a sticky note addressing her with an offensive nickname. Katie considers if she should remain with this company to which she has dedicated 10 years of her career.
