I joined ASOA in 2011 and desired certification because I knew it would make me a better administrator. America has been called a melting pot of cultures, and our ASOA group is a melting pot of ophthalmic administrator strengths. We all seem to learn much from each other. There are many who would like to pass the COE exam. Here are tips I took to improve my chances in May 2019.
