It was an impossible task. Our mission was to build our leadership pipeline, improve team member communication skills, reduce staff turnover, and improve their job satisfaction. And with 180 employees, 7 departments, 9 physicians, and one important focus—the 6,500 patients we see each month—Teamwork with a capital “T” is of the utmost importance. That means facilitating the communication, trust, and constant feedback that make our practice thrive. For our four-person executive team there was only one possible response: Challenge accepted!
