Investing in Employee Soft Skills Training

It was an impossible task. Our mission was to build our leadership pipeline, improve team member communication skills, reduce staff turnover, and improve their job satisfaction. And with 180 employees, 7 departments, 9 physicians, and one important focus—the 6,500 patients we see each month—Teamwork with a capital “T” is of the utmost importance. That means facilitating the communication, trust, and constant feedback that make our practice thrive. For our four-person executive team there was only one possible response: Challenge accepted! Our solution: soft skills training for our hourly staff.
