Your Response Needed: Ophthalmic Practice Health Information Technology (HIT) Survey

The ASCRS•ASOA Health Information Technology (HIT) Committee is seeking to provide members with information to assist them in evaluating their practice IT needs. For ophthalmic practices, IT is defined as hardware and software, as well as employees designated to oversee the management of those resources. We have developed this survey to gather information from ophthalmic practices about how they currently meet IT needs in the practice. In addition, we are seeking information on IT needed to meet requirements of the Quality Payment Program, which includes MIPS. This information will be compiled to give practices an idea of how they compare to other practices and assess IT needs for the future.

Please note, to complete this survey, you will need information about practice revenue and budgets. This information will not be shared nor individually identified.

If you need assistance, please contact Allison Madson, ASCRS manager of regulatory affairs, at or 703-591-2220.
