The results of the 2015 ASOA EHR Customer Satisfaction Survey are now available!

Conducted by McKinley Advisors, a third-party marketing and research firm, ASOA’s initial report in 2013 provided objective insight into existing EHR vendors. McKinley Advisors also conducted the 2015 survey which tracks 2013 trends and includes such items as patient portals and other meaningful use requirements. With a response rate of 20%, the results are considered statistically significant and the results of the survey offer an excellent resource for those seeking information when evaluating EHR systems.

The 2015 EHR Customer Satisfaction Survey report is available for purchase in either .pdf format or hard copy.  ASCRS and ASOA members pay $79, non-members pay $159.  Please note the information contained in this report is copyrighted and not available for distribution.
