ASOA Provides an Innovative, New Resource for Year-Round, Online Practice Management Education

FAIRFAX, VA—(August 18, 2014) The American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators  (ASOA), in partnership with BSM Consulting, has just announced the launch of a new ASOA Learning Center, which allows ophthalmic administrators and managers to take their job performance to the next level without having to leave their desks. The subscription-based online learning center provides busy professionals the resources to build basic practice management skills when it’s most convenient for them.

The ASOA Learning Center was specifically-designed to meet the needs of ophthalmic administrators and managers by providing courses and tests in the following areas: Basic Ophthalmic Knowledge, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Business Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources and Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance. The learning center is also an ASOA-recommended resource for practice management professionals preparing for the COE exam and carries COE credits.
