Vonda Syler
Vonda joined McDonald Eye Associates in 1984.  Before being promoted to Practice Administrator in 1999, Vonda’s numerous accomplishments with MEA include the development and execution of plans related to the implementation of Practice Management Systems as well as the integration of an Electronic Medical Record system in 1997.  When MEA became affiliated with a PPMC in 1995, she worked on such projects as data repository, practice management systems and electronic medical records (EMR).  Under her direction as Practice Administrator, the organization has experienced consistent, significant growth through diversification of revenue streams and a focus on delivering patient care through the most up-to-date technological means possible.  In 2006 she led the practice through a complete remodel and the addition of a fully certified ASC.  Vonda’s professional experience reaches beyond the scope of her duties at MEA.  She was appointed to the Board of Governors of Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital in January 2000, where she has continued to serve in numerous capacities including Board Chairman.  Additionally, she served on the NBCOE Board in 2006.
